We will always email or call if we have a question. The customizing charge is $12. If you order from one of the pages below the customizing fee is already applied. If you order from one of the pendulum clock rooms (baby's room, girls room, boy's room, vehicles or other clock designs) and you still need it customized, then simply click the customize box on the clock page when ordering and write in the special instructions box after you add the item to your cart.
